SUMMARY: LC 33 6976

Would prohibit persons who have an immediate family member on a local board of education, serving as a local school superintendent, school principal, assistant principal, or system administrative staff to serve as a member of the local board of education. Immediate family members include spouse, child, sibling, parent or the spouse of a child, sibling or parent.
